Terms and Conditions
Once we have received your payment through PayPal™ , you will be given access to download the appropriate sized photograph(s). The payment does not buy or give any ownership or copyright to the photograph, but it does allow the end user to have a Royalty Free License to use the photograph in any of their marketing materials.
The Royalty Free License is only sold or issued to one client at a time and cannot be shared, sold or transferred to another and/or third party organization. The only image that can be used without a license is the comping file and it can only be used in the presentation of creative ideas and cannot be used on a web site or any other published marketing material.
If you are a third party, for example design studio or an advertising agency, buying the license on behalf of your client, you nor your organization have any rights to sell or give away the photograph or the usage of the photograph.
We at Landmark Ottawa have worked very hard to create strong effective photography and a valuable online resource, so we trust that all users of this service respect and honor the above Terms and Conditions so that we can continue to grow and offer these services to the community.
